Red-legged Honeycreeper

The breeding male is unmistakable, violet-blue with black wings and a turquoise crown, set off by bright coral-red legs and a slim, down-curved bill. Outside the breeding season he moults to leaf-green. A regular at the fruit and feeders around the lodge.
